1. What we offer
Casa Frangipani is an alternative accommodation option in Montezuma. Charming fully equipped one bedroom Villas for rent on a daily or weekly basis.
2. Prices
Prices vary according to the number of guests and villas. All prices are subject to 13% VAT. Discounts will be given for stays longer than a week.
3. Services included in rental cost
- Basic welcome pack containing essentials to get you started, i. e. mineral water, coffee, tea. No other food or cooking services are included.
- Daily maid service which includes basic cleaning services and change of sheets and towels every 3 days.
- Air Conditioning in the main bedroom. The living area and terrace have ceiling fans.
- Concierge service to book tours, transportation and restaurants.
4. Optional Services not included in Rental Cost
- Additional cleaning services.
- Laundry Service
- Food and/or Food Catering Services
- Tours and other rentals
- Transfers and transportation.
5. Making Reservations
Contact us directly by email at info@casafrangipani.com . We shall reply within 24 hours of receipt of your application, informing you of the Villa availability and total cost as well as instructions as to how to complete the reservation ( advance payment, etc. )
6. Payment
Once confirmed, payment for 50% of the total rental cost is required as deposit. This payment can be made with a credit card or by wire transfer. The remaining payment is due 4 weeks prior to rental date. If second payment is not received by due date, your reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
7. Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you should have to cancel your reservation, either entirely or partially, please bear in mind that you should notify us no later than 4 weeks prior to rental date. In such case your deposit will be returned in full.
If notice of cancellation is received 15 days prior to rental date, 50% of the rental cost will be forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received two weeks or less to the rental date the entire rental cost will be retained. Reservations made 15 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
8. Internet, Telephone and TV
Wireless Internet service is available. There are no telephones at Casa Frangipani but the town provides phone pay services. There is no Television service at Casa Frangipani.
9. Sheets and Towels
Clean sheets and towels are provided. These are changed every three days.
10. Cleaning of the Villas
Basic cleaning services are provided on a daily basis. These include bedroom and bathroom fresh up and cleaning the kitchen. Should you require additional cleaning services simply notify us in advance.
11. Location:
Our Villas are located just above the town of Montezuma, Costa Rica. The property is located on a mountain top overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Car rental is necessary. Some distances are as follows:
- The town of Montezuma and Beaches 5 minutes.
- Tambor Airport 30 minutes.
- Paquera Ferry 1 hour.
- San Jose Airport 5.5 hours
