The Property
Casa Frangipani sits on a hilltop facing the Pacific Ocean and a lush tropical forest. The four rental villas are designed to maximize the beauty of the property while pro-
viding the privacy to enjoy the nature that surrounds it.
We highly recommend renting an SUV vehicle. The property is reached through a country road which is not paved.
The pool is located in the garden, perched above the cascading tropical landscape overlooking the forest and the ocean beyond. Lounge chairs are available in the pool deck. Our pool is to be enjoyed by all guests.

One private master bedroom with a queen size bed and air conditioning

Fully equipped kitchen serves up to six people. The Tree House main floor Villa serves up to eight people.

Each Villa has a full bathroom with a shower. Also, there is a garden shower that is accessed thru the master bedroom.

Light filled living area with dinning for four and a day room, that converts into a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two additional guests. Ceiling fans are installed in all areas.

Each Villa has a terrace at ground level with views to the forest and ocean. The terrace is equipped with a table that can accomodate up to six people. The Tree House main floor terrace can accommodate up to eight people.

The three independent Villas have roof top terraces, great for sunbathing or just enjoying the views.

Guests have the option of renting more than one Villa or even all four to accommodate larger grups of up to 18 people.
Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping is provided daily except for Sundays and National Holidays for daily and weekly rentals.
For monthly rentals, housekeeping is provided every 3 days.
Casa Frangipani is environmentally conscious. We provide linens and towels service every 3 days. For our guest’s convenience, laundry service is also provided for a fee.
Our Rental Villas
Our rental Villas are designed to provide the maximum privacy for our guests. We have created a space to relax, rejuvenate, unwind and entertain. Each rental Villa accommodates four guests in a spacious area that provides one private bedroom which features a garden shower.
From the private bedroom one can access the terrace designed to maximize ocean and forest views. The terrace then leads the way into the living area that could convert into a private bedroom for two additional guests, or can serve as a resting or gathering point during the day from which to read a book while viewing the gardens.
Each rental Villa has a kitchen equipped for your convenience and where you can cook your own meals. A private indoor bathroom and shower is adjacent to the main bedroom.
Each Villa (with the exception of the Tree House) has a ground level terrace and a rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe, settle down for a massage or just chill out.
The Tree House & Studio
Our fourth rental Villa is a two story structure.
The Tree House’s main floor is larger than the other villas and has two ground level terraces, one that functions as a dining area and a second which is a living area with two large sofas. The Tree House does not have a rooftop terrace.
On the top floor you will find the Studio for two adults with stunning ocean and forest views with its own private entrance and balcony.
The Studio can be rented separately or together with the lower level.
Yoga
We can arrange for private yoga or pilates classes at your convenience. Also, we can make reservations at local yoga studios.
