1. What we offer
Casa Frangipani is an alternative accomodation option in Montezuma. Charming fully equipped one bedroom Villas for rent on a daily or weekly basis.
Rates vary according to the number of guests, the season and villas. All rates are subject to 13% VAT. Discounts will be given for stays longer than a week.
3. Services included in rental costs
Basic welcome pack containing essentials to get started, i.e. mineral water, coffee, tea. No food or cooking services are included.
Daily maid service (except for Sundays and National Holidays) which includes basic cleaning services and change of sheets and towels every 3 days.
Air Conditioning in the main bedroom. The living area and terrace have ceiling fans.
Concierge service to book tours, transportaion and restaurants.

5. Making reservations
Reservations can be made directly on our website (RATES & RESERVATION). We shall reply within 24 hours after receipt of your application, informing you about the Villa availability and total costs as well as instructions as how to complete the reservation (advance payment etc.).
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the rental fee plus taxes. The remaining 50% must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. We do not hold any reservations until the payment is received in our account. We will send a PayPal invoice for the deposit. If you prefer to make a direct deposit or wire transfer to our account, please let us know. We can give you the information of our bank accounts either in Costa Rica or the USA.
The remaining payment is due one month prior to rental date. If second payment is not received by due date, your reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
We do not accept payments and credit cards in the property.
7. Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you should have to cancel your reservation, either entirely or partially, please bear in mind that you should notify us 30 days prior to rental date in order for your deposit to be returned in full (minus any service charges made by PayPal or the bank if by wire transfer).
If notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of rental deposit will be forfeited plus any additional amount paid.
8. Internet, Telephone and TV
Wireless internet service is available. There are no telephones at Casa Frangipani, but the town provides phone pay services. There is no television service at Casa Frangipani.
9. Sheets and Towels
Clean sheets and towels are provided. These are changed every three days.
10. Cleaning of the Villas
Basic cleaning services are provided on a daily basis except for Sundays and National Holidays. These include bedroom and bathroom fresh up and cleaning the kitchen. Should you require additional cleaning services simply notify us in advance.
Our Villas are located just above the town of Montezuma, Costa Rica. The property is located on a mountain top overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Car rental is necessary. For more information click here.
